Equipment Maintenance Management program for over 500 low, medium, and high severity PMs per month. Created Risk matrix to identify High, Medium, and Low risk initiatives. Performed weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual Security Audits. Collaborated with fellow Management Team Members on Security Risk identification and remediation. ·   Project Manager for 12 month facility Energy Efficiency Upgrade. Lead team consisting of over 20 employees and support venders. ·   Managed the Risk Assessment/Compliance of migrating Target’s Distributed Technical Operations (DTO) business segment from self-governing platform to an Enterprise model.

·   Project Manager for $3 mil Physical Data Center Migration with calendar timeframe of 2 years. POC for identifying deliverables, Scope, and Risk Planning. Key contributor for execution of work. Using Six Sigma techniques, lead Asset Identification/Management for over 850 IT assets as well as determining lifecycle and replacement requirements. Subject matter expert for determining gaps in IT Infrastructure capabilities. Strategic planner for IT Infrastructure gap remediation using Scrum methodology. Prioritized/Implemented tasks using Kanban techniques. Overall project conducted utilizing Agile framework. Project delivered on time and budget providing operational cost savings of over $500,000 annually.
